Testimonials

A Partnership That
Drove Real Results

" We produce 40,000-50,000 kilos of dough per day, and we needed to find a machinery integrator who could move us into a more sustainable pouch-packaging line. This is where PLAN IT Packaging Systems came in. They built the whole line for us from start to finish… to handle, weigh and bag our cookies delicately into appealing, lightweight zipper pouches that help us with our sustainability objectives."
Robert Cappola, Mom's Best Gourmet
" The flexibility and efficiency of their equipment, particularly the portable bagger, were exactly what we needed. "
Karl Wirtz, WG Pro Manufacturing
"PLAN IT took the time to understand our product, our growth plans, and our pain. That's not something you get from an online equipment reseller."
Phillipe Meece, The Carnivore Bar
“The equipment we recently purchased has significantly increased our throughput and is helping us maintain our profit margins. It also allows us to reinvest in our employees and future equipment.”
Paul Meyer, Royal Food Products

Frequently

Asked

Questions

Everything you need to know before automating your packaging line.

What is a flow wrapper, and how does it work?

A flow wrapper (also called a horizontal flow wrapper or HFFS machine) forms a continuous film tube around your product, then seals the ends and top to create a pillow-pack or fin-seal package. PLAN IT's Pack Series uses servo-driven technology to ensure consistent film tension, accurate registration, and reliable sealing across a wide range of product sizes and speeds.

What products can the Pack Series wrap?

The Pack Series is designed for individually portioned solid and semi-solid products, including baked goods, protein and nutrition bars, candy, fresh produce, frozen items, medical supplies, and personal care products. Our team will confirm compatibility with your specific product dimensions and weight during the consultation.

What is the difference between a standard and an inverted flow wrapper?

In a standard horizontal flow wrapper, the product is fed into the film former from the top. In an inverted configuration, the machine is flipped so product feeds from below, which can improve film tracking and sealing for certain product types and line layouts. PLAN IT offers both configurations across the Pack500 and Pack600/700 range.

What are the benefits of choosing PLAN IT Packaging?

Choosing PLAN IT means partnering with an automation provider focused on performance and reliability. You get customized solutions, user-friendly equipment, seamless integration support, reduced labor costs, increased throughput, and dedicated service from concept through installation and beyond.
