Our solution is ideal for packaging large quantities of items such as pet food, frozen food (IQF), snacks, chips, wrapped candy, and more.
To begin the process, we employ our case erector for seamless case formation. This is followed by the LBI 2400 bag inserter, a highly efficient machine that dispenses film from a roll, executes precise cutting and sealing, and seamlessly inserts the bag into the case.
Once your product is accurately weighed and filled, whether utilizing the bulk weigher or our 7.5 – 9L bucket Multihead weigher, the case progresses to the LBUS 2400.
At this stage, the bag is expertly uncuffed and removed from the case, neatly folded over the product, and then proceeds to our CS 2400 for a secure closure.
Furthermore, we provide customizable options for bag sealing and vacuum assemblies.
To achieve a fully automated bulk bagging line, we recommend considering the integration of this system with our gantry or robotic palletizer for optimal efficiency.
