A vertical form fill seal bagger pulls flat rollstock over a forming collar, wraps it into a tube, drops product through the center, and seals off a finished bag every cycle. One frame doing that much work is usually the first machine a growing plant asks us about, and Delaware plants reach us the same way any North American plant does, through a free consultation where we start from the product and work backward to the machine.
The rest of the lineup covers what a bagger cannot. Pre-made pouch machines handle formats that need to stand up and reclose on a shelf. Flow wrappers draw film horizontally around solid items. Stick pack and sachet machines dose powders and liquids into single servings, auger fillers meter fine powders by screw revolution, and multihead weighers portion pieces by combination. Checkweighers, metal detectors, case packers, and palletizers close out the back of the line.
When a Delaware plant buys, the machine is built to that specific product and put through factory acceptance testing before it ships. Our team handles installation, trains the operators who will run it, and stays on for parts and service afterward. Engineering runs from Mississauga outside Toronto, while Tampa houses the customer experience center; both support customers across all of North America.
