We start every Florida project the same way we start anywhere else, with a free consultation before we talk about machines. That matters more in Florida than in most states given how varied the plants are. Food and beverage accounts make up nineteen of the thirty one cities we cover, general industrial product takes four more, and the rest split across powder and granular, baked goods, health and medical, frozen foods, and pet care.
Food and beverage plants from Jacksonville and Orlando down to Miami and Fort Lauderdale mostly run a weigher feeding into a bagger. General industrial accounts skip the portioning step entirely and put their budget into a case packer and a palletizer. The smaller groups bring in auger fillers for powder product, flow wrappers for baked goods, and stick pack or sachet machines for health and medical dosing, with checkweighers and metal detectors closing out most of these lines before cartons move on.
Our customer experience center runs out of Tampa, right in the middle of the state we cover most densely, so support calls and parts orders from Florida plants reach a team that works these lines every day. We sign off on a machine only after it has run the customer's product here, and installation and operator training carry on once a system lands on the plant floor.
