Every purchased machine spends time here running whatever the plant will actually pack before we ever build the shipping crate, and after installation in Independence, O'Fallon, Lee's Summit, or elsewhere in the state, we train the operators and stay on for parts and service. Mississauga, outside Toronto, is where these machines get engineered, and Tampa is where the customer experience group picks up once a machine is installed.
