Dallas built jeeps, aircraft, and military trucks by the thousands during World War II, and that production culture carries into its food and beverage sector. We supply Mars Series VFFS baggers and automatic case packers that keep it moving.
Dallas built jeeps, aircraft, and military trucks by the thousands during World War II, and that production culture carries into its food and beverage sector. We supply Mars Series VFFS baggers and automatic case packers that keep it moving.
During World War II, an automaker's East Dallas plant turned out more than 94,000 jeeps and 6,000 military trucks, while a nearby aircraft manufacturer built more than 18,000 planes, including the T-6 Texan, the P-51 Mustang, and the B-24 Liberator. We build packaging automation for the food and beverage producers carrying that high-volume manufacturing culture forward today, the same producers our food and beverage page is written for. That production identity was reinforced a decade earlier by the 1930 East Texas oil boom that made Dallas the financial center for the Texas and Oklahoma oil industry. A national dairy and food company has since been headquartered in Dallas, and the Dallas-Fort Worth area now holds one of the largest concentrations of Fortune 500 headquarters in the country, 23 as of 2022.
Food and beverage operations at that scale need packaging lines that match the region's manufacturing pedigree. You build food and beverage products at the volume Dallas once built jeeps and planes. Our lines are built to match that same pace. Our Mars Series VFFS baggers, pictured and specced on our VFFS page, form and fill bags for snack, powder, and dry-goods products, and our automatic case packers, specced on our case-packer page, carton and close cases at the speeds high-volume Dallas-area plants expect. Our Texas page adds more on the region, and our solutions page traces what a project looks like from that first call to a plant floor running at full production speed. Dallas has no PLAN IT office, and we don't pretend otherwise, but Dallas-Fort Worth's food and beverage producers already run our equipment, with our team a phone call away for service.
